Zhejiang Xinyun Wood Industry Group is a leading enterprise in the wooden and early-childhood education (ECE) toy industry. It hosts both the Zhejiang Provincial High-Tech Enterprise Research & Development Center and the Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. As a flagship manufacturer within China’s wooden toy industrial base, it stands today as the largest privately owned enterprise globally specializing in the integrated R&D, production, and distribution of ECE toys, cultural products, and animation-related merchandise. Founded in the early 1970s, the group was formally established as Zhejiang Xinyun Wood Industry Group in 2003. It oversees two overseas trading companies, nine domestic subsidiaries, and hundreds of supporting enterprises. Spanning 200,000 square meters of land with a total floor area of 280,000 square meters, the group employs over 5,000 staff members. Its core business focuses on ECE toys and handicrafts, offering eight major product categories: wooden toys, children’s furniture, role-play sets, educational puzzles, decorative crafts, birdcages & horse stalls, train track systems, and wooden playhouses—comprising tens of thousands of individual items. Products are exported to over 100 countries and regions across Europe, North America, and Asia, and distributed to tens of thousands of domestic early-childhood education institutions—earning widespread customer appreciation.
